ReplyHub stores only the data needed to automate your replies: your account details, connected YouTube, Instagram and Facebook authorisations, automation rules and a log of actions taken.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest with 256-bit ssl encrypted transport security and are never sold or shared with third parties. Comment and message content is processed to generate replies and retained in your audit log according to your plan's retention window.

ReplyHub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke ReplyHub's access at any time from your Google security settings or Meta Business settings.

You can delete your workspace at any time, which permanently removes your tokens, rules and logs. Contact support@replyhubapp.com with any data request.
